Air show in bangalore
Recently I attended the Aero India show 2007 in Bangalore. It was a 5 day event and I attended on saturday, 10th feb along with my friends Ganesh, Pradeep and Vijay. This event happens every alternate year in feb. 
I was attending this show for the 3rd time and found that the arrangements were the best this year with food and water availalbe at venue. There were good seating arrangements as well
The show began in the morning by around 10 am with spectacular display from MIG 35, F16, Lockheed-Martin F18, Sukhoi and our own (India's) Light combat aircraft (LCA). This year, the chairman of Tata group, Mr Ratan Tata, flew the F16 and F18 (wonder how he convinced the US army to let him fly that).
We had our lunch and a nice nap after the show in the shade and waited for the next show which was to begin in the afternoon. It was a hot day and we had innovative ideas to beat the heat. The highlight of the afternoon show was the awesome display by Surya Kiran. The Surya Kiran team consists of nine Indian pilots, and have displayed skills by flying as close as 3-5 mts at high speeds and have exhibited various formations like the arrow, diamond and concluding with the hearts.
